The Author is working as a Judge in Delhi Judicial Service and has immense experience in Criminal Law while working as Judge in Criminal Jurisdiction at Delhi District Courts.
Before Joining Judiciary, the Author practiced as an Advocate.

Author has done B.Com. (Hons.) from the University of Delhi, LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, LL.M. from the National Law University, Jodhpur, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (I.C.S.I.), Masters in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of South Africa (UNISA) on a full scholarship from the. World Intellectual Property Organization (W.I.P.O.).
Author is trained as Master Trainer by the Committee of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and imparts training on technology and Cyber laws to Judges, Lawyers and other stakeholders.

The Author is actively involved in the implementation of Virtual Traffic Courts, Interoperable Criminal Justice System and e-Filing of cases in Delhi District Courts.
